Week 4

This week I went on a reading spree. I read each night from 8pm until 12:30 when I forced myself to put down whatever book I was reading. This weeks books include Cursed by S.J. West, and The Crescent Chronicles (all three) by Alyssa Rose Ivy. They were so good that I also read Soar which is a spin off of them. I also started reading book two, Blessed, by S.J. West and can't wait to finish the series for her Watchers. However, I will say that as soon as I get done with book two I am reading Evertrue by Brodi Ashton to finish up the Everneath series that is absolutely amazing. When I saw that it came out I had to read it.

Now I will say that all of the books that I read this week have hot guys with wings. The Crescent Chronicles are shapeshifters that have wings and the books by S.J. West are angels. They are all really great but so far Crescent Chronicles are so much better then Watcher Series. We will have to see what happens.

Week 2

This week I read on Monday from 8pm until 10pm. I also read Tues-Thurs from 9pm until 12:30pm. I have been reading Pack Wars by Vella Day. It is a set of three different paranormal romance books. All three are about wolf shifters from the same pack who are in a shifter pack that are like cops. They find their mates while trying to bring down a human trafficking ring and a drug cartel. The books are funny but by the beginning of the third one they are kind of predictable. I also started to reread A Hunger Like No Other by Kresley Cole. It is another paranormal romance about a werewolf and a hybrid Valkyrie/Vampire.  Unfortunately my reading for fun time will be cut down from the normal amount due to required reading for other classes. I will say that one of the books that I have to read for another class is called Rules by Cynthia Lord and I would definitely say read it.

Week 1

The books that were read this week were all about one of my favorite authors. Dannika Dark. This chick really knows how to write a great read. Shine is the book of choice and it was just an amazing closer on one set of people. Silver's story seems to be over but all of the other characters are set up for stories of their own now. I can't wait to see what else is to follow with Sunny, Kane, Novis, Adam, and everyone else.

This week I read from 9pm until midnight on Sunday. I was caught up in the book "Shine" by Dannika Dark. It is book 5 the final book for the Mageri Series. I read books one through four again the week before to prepare for the closing book and just couldn't put it down. This series is a Paranormal series about a girl named Silver who is a Mage. She is turned into a mage against her will by someone that wants to use her power. She has a guard who is a vampire, a boyfriend who is a Chita, and a brother who is a wolf shifter. I won't spoil any of the books by telling you what happens in the last book but I will suggest that you buy book one and get hooked like I did. 

I also read for about 30min on tues-fri with a few books that where free on amazon.
